Three Killed At Washington New Year's Eve Party Shootings

Three people were shot to death in incidents at two separate New Year's Eve parties in Washington state. Police have a suspect in custody in connection with the shooting death of a man near Concrete, in Washington's Skagit County, according to Q13 Fox News.
